Last week at UTAFITI 2026, we had the privilege of presenting ElimuMatokeo’s education innovations to Dr. Lyabwene Mtahabwa, the Commissioner for Education.
We showcased three of our flagship products, built to close the career guidance and life-skills gaps our learners face, starting at primary school level: Karata za Elimu na Kazi (career cards game), Safari ya Maisha (a board game), and Akiba Kwanza (a gamified financial literacy platform).
It was hugely encouraging to see Dr. Mtahabwa’s enthusiasm for tools that bring career awareness and essential life skills into the classroom through play. We’re hopeful these innovations will make a real impact in our schools and shape how the next generation of Tanzanian learners imagine their futures.
