Otieno<\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">, Education Specialist at UNICEF Regional Office, Nairobi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The session tackled one of the most pressing challenges in African education: how to\u00a0mobilize and use resources more effectively\u00a0in the face of shrinking aid and growing needs.
