CBC CHAMPIONS: TRANSFORMING TEACHING IN PRIVATE SCHOOLS

A series of dynamic teacher training workshops have been conducted across various secondary schools in Tanzania to support the implementation of the O’Level Curriculum, aligned with the Education and Training Policy 2014, 2023 Edition. What sets these workshops apart is their highly engaging and practical format—teachers are trained using the same learner-centered, interactive methods they are expected to apply in their classrooms, thereby deepening their understanding of the Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC), facilitating active learning, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving.

EMPOWERING TEACHERS: CBC TRAINING WITH TANZANIA INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION IN DIFFERENT REGIONS IN TANZANIA

ElimuMatokeo joined the Tanzania Institute of Education in training teachers across various regions on the revised lower secondary curriculum as per the Education and Training Policy 2014, 2023 Edition. Trainings were facilitated at the lake zone of northern Tanzania for public secondary schools in the third week of January.
