Empowering Teachers at Bahari Primary School!
Last week, ElimuMatokeo had the privilege of conducting a Teacher Continuous Professional Development (TCPD) session at Bahari Primary School—and what an amazing experience it was!
Our focus was on equipping teachers with practical skills to implement the revised Primary curriculum, including:
✅ Preparation of schemes of work and lesson plans
✅ Interactive teaching and learning methodologies for student-centered learning
✅ Micro-teaching sessions to strengthen classroom practice
We also introduced a powerful session on Emotional Intelligence for Teachers, which truly resonated with participants. The feedback was overwhelming! Teachers described the training as highly interactive, practical, and informative, with many saying it was the best training they’ve ever attended!
At ElimuMatokeo, we believe that empowered teachers create empowered learners, and this session was a testament to that vision.
